"RBS System":
The Radiant Burner System places the burners to the side rather than below. it's a simple but radical idea that means the juices and grease from cooking don't land on the flames. This allows grilling, spit roasting or oven cooking with the lid closed. Better control and fast cooking. The heat reflector ensures consistent heat across the cooking area.
